We’re looking for a Bid Manager / Presales PMO in Casablanca .
Missions and responsibilities :
- Deliver product demos and presentations to C-level audiences virtually and on-site. Partner with sales to create and deliver client presentations
- Responsible for managing complex, multi-solution proposals from start to finish; identification, qualification (bid go / no go) assessment, preparation and submission. Products include O365, Azure, SEMS, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP and Sage. Between 200 and 260 RFP responses delivered per year.
- Lead all aspects of drafting and finalizing answers to complex, detailed bids that result in obtaining large multinational, multimillion contracts
- Liaise and work closely with various other internal teams (including sales, finance, implementation, product, IT/security and legal), throughout the bid process
- Write, create and set styles for winning proposals and solution overviews with product marketing, maintain and update database to ensure all content is accurate and up to date, establish regular review cycles
- Lead, train and coach new team members and share best practices
Skills :
- 5 year degree required
- A minimum Bid-Management/Pre-Sales experience of 2 years is a must
- Fluent in english
- Excellent communications and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Excellent understanding of IT delivery models and pricing models
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
