We are looking for an IT Project Staffing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills holding the following responsibilities:
- Assume full accountability for staffing assigned open positions - understanding skill requirements and negotiating to deploy the appropriate skills to the appropriate project, identifying gaps and excesses and advising on acquiring and building needed capabilities.
- Maintain demand accuracy (staffing plans & open positions):
• Due dates
• Job role, skill sets and skill details
• Work location
• Win odds
- Define and document staffing solutions / fulfillment plans:
• Expected source
• Estimated start date
- Define and manage replacement requirements
- Execute fulfillment in line with agreed staffing solution
- Search for and identify best fit candidates
- Propose and confirm candidates
- Lead creative staffing actions, including rotations, training and shadow programs
- Request new hires or contractors
- Evaluate pipeline candidates
- Initiate project-specific hiring
- Manage assignment records for assigned practitioners, roll-off dates and extensions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 year experience in Human Resources (Staffing and Recruitment / HR Project Management / HR Consultancy)
• Client interaction experience
• Excellent Excel MS Office skills
• English advanced level (C1-C2).
