We’re looking for a Program manager for our client who is based in Rabat.
Responsibilities :
- Build, motivate and mentor a high functioning inside sales team through the area sales management layer
- Oversee the dedicated site’s operation, analyse results, build corrective action plans and sustainable methods to maintin/exceed achievements on the dedicated areas with the support of the global team
- Lead and coach Sales managers to achieve monthly, quarterly and long term sales, tagets, goals and ROI expectations.
- Implementing and managing changes in line with global directions to ensure projet goals are achieved
- Drive Weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with stakeholders (internal/external weekly reviews)
- Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans with senior management
- Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity and accuracy
- Support Sales Managers by have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles
- Assess team capability & build talent pipelines where needed
- Spend time weekly coaching and observing the sales manager team both on methods of improving field revenue accountability, consumption, customer adds and on their overall approach in building deep customer trust
- Provide strategical guidance to sales managers in ways the meet and exceed with external and internal commitments.
Skills needed :
- 8 to 10 years of technology realted sales or business development experience
- 8 to 10 years of program management experience with proven track record of successfully leading teams of 8 or more. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools preferred
- Strong interperonnel skills, excellent written and verbal (english) communications skills-ability to coach team of successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools
- Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve
- Experience, background and confidence to initiate and drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads
- Ability to identify the key aspect of a potentiel opportunity to close, engage channel partners as needed and manage the customer relationship through success
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and accurately
- Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaboration
- Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
