We’re looking for a support consultant in Casablanca for a freelance mission.
Skills / roles:
• Expertise in the configuration of offers under BSCS and the Stup baseline.
• Control of the complete valuation and invoicing chain.
• Knowledge of SOI servers, provisioning / Mediation process
• In-depth expertise and knowledge in the management / Monitoring and Support of BSCS interfaces with other IS (Finance, Accounting, BI, invoice edition, RA, Collection, Fidelio ...)
• End-to-end support for the B2B (1st of the month), B2C (1st & 18th of the month), OTEO (1st of the month) cycle: Preparation of the Invoicing test panel, launch of prerequisites, generation of check extractions from the park to invoice, Follow-up & treatment of discrepancies, Support of actual invoicing and archiving of invoices, Processing of feedback / findings from the Test invoicing panel, handling of new support requests, generation of closure reports for each cycle, etc.
• Capable of satisfying Adhoc needs / extractions (in BSCS)
• Follow-up and treatment of waste Recovery
• Excellent support service and communication with users
• Follow-up of tickets (QC) escalated / incident / remedial / anomaly / alert with service providers until Mep and / or closing of the ticket
• Guarantee invoicing SLAs
• Collaboration with other client entities / teams.
